Overview
CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Quality to lead quality assurance across our cloud infrastructure and software products. You will build QA processes, lead a growing QA team, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Define QA strategy and quality standards across products and platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team.
- Establish automated testing and validation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to ensure robust release quality.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate testing efforts for feature releases, performance, and security testing.
- Advocate for quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality assurance leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality software in cloud or infrastructure environments.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
