Job Overview
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock availability for our infrastructure hardware.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of hardware components
- Support procurement to ensure material availability for production and deployment
- Maintain proper labeling and location control, and generate inventory reports
- Assist with process improvements to reduce shrink and improve accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience, preferably in hardware or tech environments
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; experience with cycle counting
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
