CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our on-site team in Clarksville, VA. In this role, you will manage the inventory of data center hardware including servers, GPUs, and related components, ensuring accurate counts and efficient procurement workflows.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across data center assets.
- Record all incoming and outgoing hardware in the ERP/asset management system.
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate variances.
- Maintain asset tagging, serial numbers, warranty information, and location data.
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment and supplier communications.
- Assist with audits and reporting on inventory status.
- Maintain inventory policies and security in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or asset management experience in a technical environment.
- Experience with ERP/asset management systems and data entry accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with data center hardware (servers, GPUs, networking gear) is a plus.
