Integrated Security Program Manager

Overview

CoreWeave is seeking an Integrated Security Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of security programs across CoreWeave's cloud platforms. This role requires collaboration with engineering, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure secure development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise security programs and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross functional initiatives across engineering, product and operations
• Define security policies, standards, and governance processes
• Manage risk assessments, incident response planning, and compliance activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security program management or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with cloud security practices and governance frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27001
• Ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders
