Global Supply Manager - Cooling Solutions

Overview: CoreWeave is seeking a Global Supply Manager for Cooling Solutions to lead sourcing, procurement, and management of cooling components across our GPU‑accelerated infrastructure. This role will own supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, optimize costs, and ensure on‑time delivery across multiple sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for cooling equipment (heat exchangers, fans, chillers, thermal interface materials, etc.).
• Qualify and manage a global supplier base, evaluate vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times; manage purchase orders and contract terms.
• Forecast demand, establish safety stock, and optimize inventory across Livingston, New York, Sunnyvale, and Bellevue.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to align supply with product roadmap.
• Mitigate supply risk, develop contingency plans, and manage supplier audits and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs (cost per unit, on‑time delivery, supplier defect rate) and implement cost‑reduction programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years in hardware procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management; experience with commodity components and vendor onboarding.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making and proficiency with ERP/procurement tools.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GPU hardware supply chains or data‑center cooling solutions.
• Knowledge of logistics, import/export compliance, and customs processes.
