CoreWeave is a high-performance cloud infrastructure provider delivering compute power for AI workloads. The Financial Reporting Manager will join our finance team to oversee financial reporting, close processes, consolidation, and internal controls.

About the Role

As Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, coordination with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal controls across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes and near-term forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee consolidation, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Partner with product, operations, and accounting teams to improve reporting processes and controls.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and SOX documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in financial reporting or corporate accounting, ideally in a technology or cloud services company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial data tooling; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Office locations: Bellevue, WA; Livingston, NJ; Sunnyvale, CA. This is an on-site role.
