We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Internal Developer Platforms to lead the team that builds and maintains the internal tooling that powers our engineering organization.

The Role

As Engineering Manager, Internal Developer Platforms, you will lead a small to mid-sized team of engineers responsible for developer experience, internal tooling, automation, and platform services that enable rapid and reliable software delivery across CoreWeave. You will collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to define roadmaps, set priorities, and raise the bar for reliability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on internal developer platforms and tooling.
Define and execute the product and technology roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform.
Architect scalable platform abstractions, APIs, and automation that improve developer experience and efficiency.
Partner with product, SRE, security, and platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Foster a culture of high-quality software, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.
Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent; plan for succession and leadership growth.
Ensure timely delivery of features with robust quality and observability.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality systems.
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
Experience with internal developer platforms, developer tooling, and platform-centric architecture.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
