You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers; set goals and roadmaps; review designs and code; and ensure on-time delivery with high quality and security standards. Role Overview

Lead a growing API/IAM engineering team within the Cloud Platform organization. Collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to drive the roadmap and ensure reliability, scalability, and security of CoreWeave's API surface and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers focused on APIs and IAM
• Define and execute the technical roadmap in collaboration with product and security teams
• Architect scalable API designs and secure identity and access management solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule with high quality
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering management (5+ years)
• Strong background in APIs, IAM, identity and access management, and cloud platform development
• Proven track record leading distributed systems teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
