Director, Treasury Accounting

Role Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Treasury Accounting to lead our treasury operations, cash management, and treasury accounting practices. This senior leadership role will drive cash forecasting, liquidity planning, bank relationships, and the treasury close process while ensuring GAAP‑compliant reporting and strong internal controls. Based in CoreWeave's U.S. offices (Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; Bellevue, WA; Detroit, MI), this full‑time position reports to the VP of Finance and collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Audit to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations, cash positioning, bank relationships, and reconciliations.
• Lead cash forecasting, liquidity management, and funding activities.
• Manage treasury accounting close, intercompany transactions, and related GAAP reporting.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, internal controls, and SOX/compliance processes.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting to influence planning, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Build and develop a high‑performing treasury function aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
• 8+ years of treasury or corporate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cash accounting, ASC 830/835, and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with ERP systems and treasury management tooling; excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
