Role Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Talent Operations and Recruiting Experiences to lead the talent operations function and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a full-time role based in the New York metropolitan area (Livingston, NJ / New York, NY) that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale hiring, optimize processes, and drive a data-driven recruiting organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale talent operations and the candidate experience across the organization.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and People teams to design scalable, efficient hiring processes.
  • Own ATS/HRIS administration, data governance, reporting, and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and mentor the Talent Operations and Recruiting Experiences team to deliver measurable improvements in time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment and talent programs.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, process improvements, and cross-functional program initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting, or related roles, with a track record of leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling recruiting operations, processes, and programs.
  • Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and data analytics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on candidate experience and team development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
