Director, Command Center

📋 Description

• Build and scale a world-class Command Center for global data center operations.
• Develop the ops framework, SLAs, and escalation for 24x7 monitoring.
• Lead cross-functional team for real-time monitoring, automation, telemetry, and capacity.
• Partner with DC Ops, Eng, Networking, Security, Facilities, Capacity Planning.
• Implement automation, analytics, and remote ops tech to improve visibility.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for operational insight and executive visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in mission-critical operations or related fields.
• Experience scaling a 24x7 command center or remote monitoring environment.
• Strong background in automation, telemetry, monitoring tools, and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-availability environments.
• Demonstrated success driving operations excellence, process optimization, and large-scale transformation.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
