Overview

CoreWeave is seeking a Deal Management Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support the deal lifecycle, coordinate contracts, pricing, and approvals, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely closure of customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage deal processes from quote to close, including contract routing and approvals.
Maintain data integrity in CRM and related systems, ensuring accurate deal records and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure compliant and timely deal execution.
Assist in pricing analysis, discount approvals, and incentive calculations as needed.
Support post-sale activities such as renewals, expansions, and smooth customer onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics, and contract lifecycle processes.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and meet deadlines.
