Data Center Technician - Weehawken, NJ
CoreWeave is seeking a hands-on Data Center Technician to join our Weehawken, NJ facility on a full-time basis. This on-site role focuses on maintaining and supporting our data center infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, rack, and connect servers and storage hardware
- Manage cabling, patch panels, labeling, and cable runs
- Monitor power distribution units (PDU), UPS, cooling, and environmental sensors
- Perform preventive maintenance and component troubleshooting
- Assist with hardware deployments, decommissions, and inventory tracking
- Follow safety guidelines and change-management procedures
Qualifications
- Hands-on data center experience with server hardware and cabling
- Basic networking knowledge and IPMI/KVM access
- Familiarity with DCIM tools and asset management
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
