Role overview

On-site Data Center Technician based in Marble, NC responsible for maintaining the reliability and daily operation of CoreWeave's physical infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Install, monitor, and maintain data center hardware including servers, networking gear, power distribution units, and cooling systems.
• Respond to on-site alarms and incidents; troubleshoot hardware and basic network issues; perform root-cause analysis and document resolutions.
• Rack and cable equipment, manage power and cooling systems, and assist with preventative maintenance and component replacements.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams; work with vendors as needed; maintain accurate inventory and procedures.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; ensure compliance with data center standards.

What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience in data center operations, IT hardware maintenance, or facilities support.
• Basic networking concepts (cable types, IP addressing, switches) and a willingness to learn more advanced networking.
• Comfort with physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working on-site in Marble, NC.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a proactive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
