Data Center Technician - Lebanon, OH

Join CoreWeave as a Data Center Technician at our Lebanon, OH facility. This on-site role supports day-to-day data center operations, hardware installation and maintenance, and monitoring of infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability. You will work with servers, networking gear, power and cooling systems, and DCIM tools to ensure uptime and reliability. The role requires physical ability to lift equipment and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

What you'll do

• Assist with racking, cable management, and installation of servers and network equipment.
• Install, configure and deploy server hardware, storage, and network components.
• Monitor environmental conditions, power distribution units, and UPS systems; respond to alerts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain documentation in CMDB and DCIM systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and facilities teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a data center or IT hardware environment.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs) and familiarity with server hardware components.
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows Server administration is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; comfortable working in a data center environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or nights on-call.
