What you'll do

Install, rack, test, and maintain server hardware and networking gear in our data centers across the United States.
Perform preventative maintenance, component replacements, and hardware rebuilds with minimal downtime.
Monitor environmental and infrastructure systems (temperature, power, cooling, UPS) and respond to alerts and incidents.
Collaborate with network, systems, and facilities teams to ensure reliable data center operations.
Document changes, manage asset inventory, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

What we're looking for

1-3 years of data center or hardware support experience.
Familiarity with server hardware components (rackmount servers, PDUs, cabling).
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, cabling) and troubleshooting skills.
Basic Linux or Windows administration skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to lift/move equipment and participate in on-call rotations if required.
