Role: Data Center Technician

As a Data Center Technician at CoreWeave, you will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of our data center hardware and operations. This role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install, rack, cable, and test server hardware in data center environments
Perform diagnostics, repair, and replacement of failed components
Monitor equipment health, power, cooling, and environmental sensors
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of hardware assets
Assist with network cabling, IPMI/KVM access, and basic infrastructure tasks
Follow safety, security, and operational procedures

Requirements

1-3 years of data center or hardware maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certifications preferred
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
Basic knowledge of DCIM, IPMI/BMC, and remote management tools
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
