Data Center Manager - Ellendale, ND

Overview

CoreWeave is a cloud infrastructure provider delivering high-performance infrastructure for AI/ML workloads. The Data Center Manager will oversee the Ellendale data center's operations, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day data center facilities operations in Ellendale, ND, including assets, power, cooling, cabling, and rack management.
• Monitor uptime and coordinate incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
• Plan capacity, manage maintenance schedules, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and on-site technician teams; ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to support onboarding of new equipment and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and enforce operating procedures, disaster recovery plans, and budgetary controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems (PDUs), cooling systems, fire suppression, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience with DCIM and asset management tools; ability to manage budgets and vendor relations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
