📋 Description

• Review and negotiate SaaS and software licenses with enterprise customers.
• Negotiate data processing, professional services, and partnership agreements.
• Implement and improve policies, templates, and processes to manage legal risk globally.
• Partner with internal teams across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Support Weights & Biases Commercial growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree; US state bar in good standing.
• 3+ years in-house and/or law firm; focus on commercial/tech transactions.
• Substantive knowledge of SaaS and software licensing.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and privacy laws.
• Track record of closing complex commercial agreements.
