CoreWeave is seeking a Bare Metal Technical Program Manager to lead complex hardware and software initiatives for high-performance compute on bare metal infrastructure. You will coordinate across hardware engineering, platform teams, site operations, and product management to deliver compute platforms from planning through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Define program scope, milestones, and success criteria for bare metal projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, security, operations) to meet deadlines.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
- Communicate status to executives and stakeholders and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Drive process improvements and best practices for hardware onboarding and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program or product management experience in infrastructure, data center, or hardware environments.
- Experience coordinating hardware and software teams, with strong aptitude for systems engineering.
- Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage complex schedules.
