Associate General Counsel, Employment - Legal

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Employment to join our Legal team. This role will advise on all employment-related matters, including policy development, compliance with labor and employment laws, employee relations, investigations, and risk management across our growing organization. The successful candidate will partner with executives and HR to support a fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology company.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic legal advice on all aspects of employment law including hiring, terminations, investigations, compensation, benefits, leaves, and workplace disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, and policy documents.
• Develop and implement company-wide HR policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws (federal, state, and local).
• Lead investigations into employee relations issues and provide practical, enforceable recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and leadership on compensation, equity, and incentive programs to ensure compliance.
• Assist with risk management, compliance training, and regulatory matters.
• Support data privacy considerations as they relate to employment practices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum X years of experience in employment law; experience in tech or startup environment is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive investigations with discretion.
• Experience advising executive leadership on complex employment issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
