Analyst, Strategic Financing at CoreWeave is a full-time on-site role that will support strategic financing initiatives, build financial models, and assist with capital-raising activities across multiple company offices.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve financial models to evaluate financing options and capital structure.
- Support debt and equity financing efforts and prepare materials for lenders and investors.
- Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, product, and leadership to align funding with business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and build dashboards to monitor KPIs related to capital deployment.
- Prepare presentations and board-ready materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or investment analysis.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
