The Job
The Operations Center Specialist
is responsible for monitoring all dashboards, and incident changes at our data centers. Specialists are also required to document and communicate all impactful events to the client and internal stakeholders. The Operations Center Specialist is responsible for monitoring operations and will need to communicate day-to-day security issues, respond to and address security concerns as they arise, and document all incidents in detail.
