The Mining Operations Manager oversees the performance and productivity within the Mining Data Center. This role will manage client-hosted and company assets throughout every phase of asset disposition, ensuring the Data Center remains compliant with corporate key performance indicators, priorities, and product developments. The Mining Operations Manager ensures compliance with approved budgets, manages resources, and establishes workflows for projects required within the Data Center.

Occasional travel between data centers may be required.
Work Environment
This job operates in a data center, office, and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard maintenance equipment, including ladders, scissor lifts, forklifts, power tools, and voltmeters. While performing these duties, the employee will be exposed to hot and cold environments.
Physical Demands
This position is a management
role; however, it requires physical demands when there are deployments, decommissions, or critical work to be done. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 40 pounds.Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. General hours
of operation and workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, during projects or emergencies, it is expected that the manager be working onsite, including some evenings and weekends, as needed.Supervisory Experience (Yes or No)
