We areseekinga highly motivated and talentedHuman Resources Intern to join the Human Resourcesteam to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. As an Intern, you will have the chance to work closely withCoreScientific’s HR Teamandwillbe exposed to variousfacetsof our organization, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field.
Responsibilities
- Workalongside experienced professionals,contributeto impactful projects, andseehow HR plays a strategic role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workplace
- SupportHR functionsacross multiple locations,assistingwith scheduling, coordination, and communication
- Participateand supporttraining events,site visits,andotheropportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information received in the performance of the job duties
- Perform duties in a professional manner through daily, punctual attendance at location of work assignment
- Develop a diverse skillset through hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the business
- Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must becurrent student (rising junior or senior)graduating in 2026 or 2027,activelypursuing ina Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be available for a minimum of 10+ weeks for the internship
- Must be in office in Austin, TX
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
