Core Product Lead

📋 Description

• Build the Core PM team across Platform, Databases, Auth, Storage, Functions, Realtime.
• Set product strategy across Core and defend it with founders and engineering leads.
• Make cross-product calls between Auth, Databases, Realtime and Postgres roadmap.
• Coach PMs on craft: evidence, problem definition, prioritization, metrics, docs.
• Represent Core in leadership and translate engineering reality into company story.
• Work async in a fully remote environment and move things forward in writing.

🎯 Requirements

• Have managed PMs before, ideally at Director level or equivalent.
• 8+ years in product management for developer tools or infrastructure.
• Shipped in Postgres, DB, or developer-infra space; OSS GTM bonus.
• Bias toward speed; ship imperfectly and iterate; know when to push.
• Use AI to move faster; leverage AI for research, drafting, reviews.
• Work async by default; remote; decisions in writing.
