🎯 Requirements
- Deep understanding of IP, VLANs, MAC management, switching, routing, and optical networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear platforms.
- Strong proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols.
- 3+ years of troubleshooting complex networking issues.
- Degree in IT/Networking; CCNA/CCNP certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and share knowledge with the NOC team.
