- Configuring Salesforce using flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets
- Strong facilitator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders at various levels
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administrator, Data Cloud
