📋 Description

  • Respond to help desk tickets and assist users with hardware/software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, and network
  • Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and software
  • Perform maintenance and updates on systems and software
  • Monitor network infrastructure: routers, switches, access points
  • Provide training and support on new software/technologies

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in information technology or Computer Science
  • 1-3 years IT support experience
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software in Windows and macOS
  • Networking concepts TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL (preferred)
