Ensure delivery of project artifacts: charter, governance, staffing plans, issue logs.
Govern milestone deliverables with client PM: design sign-off and testing approvals.
Manage 2+ simultaneous Workday projects; control scope and time.
Demonstrate Workday product suite expertise: HCM, Payroll, Financials.
Lead client interactions; present to executives and project teams.
Mentor other PMs and maintain client satisfaction and referenceability.

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner PM/EM Certification.
3+ years managing Workday HCM/Payroll/Financials for medium/large clients.
Consulting experience with internal or external firms.
Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or Salesforce.
Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, GL, AP/AR, services procurement.
Remote role with travel +/-30%.
