🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service/support and troubleshooting tech issues.
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and business communication for Dutch & German markets.
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; experience with Google BigQuery.
- Expert Excel (Pivot tables/reports) and Google Suite for business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with customers via phone, email and chat.
