📋 Description

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues within Geotab products (GO devices) and MyGeotab.
  • Provide support to customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with partners, customers, sales, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and knowledge of programming languages and big data apps.
  • Develop strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service/support and troubleshooting tech issues.
  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and business communication for Dutch & German markets.
  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; experience with Google BigQuery.
  • Expert Excel (Pivot tables/reports) and Google Suite for business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers via phone, email and chat.
