🎯 Requirements

- Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with professional interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Quick learner with interest in mastering Equip’s platform.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
- Participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed.
