📋 Description

• Architect and build new platform capabilities and APIs for OpenAI platform.
• Incubate platform bets end-to-end from hypothesis to delivery.
• Embed with design partners to learn fast and refine requirements.
• Partner with customer-tagged FDEs to deploy, debug, and capture patterns.
• Design and run pilots to harden platform and rollout playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software or ML engineering with 0→1 track record.
• End-to-end, customer-adjacent work from scoping to production adoption.
• Built or operated systems with reliability, security, governance (RBAC, auditability).
• Clear cross-functional communication; able to pitch platform bets to execs.
• Systems thinking; translate feedback into durable product requirements.
