  • Act as a trusted/strategic advisor for customers, driving the CS lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Become the Cribl expert as customers transform data to support security and observability outcomes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to drive success plans and KPIs
  • Communicate effectively to tech touch customers using our CS platform to automate data-driven responses
  • Drive expansion by expanding usage of existing use cases and identifying new use cases and data sources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as the voice of the customer with sales, product, and engineering

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a post-sales role with customer advocacy and success focus
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship skills
  • Proven track record with large complex enterprises
  • Experience building relationships in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with Observability/Logs/ Metrics, IT Ops, Security, and data pipelines
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
