π― Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a post-sales role with customer advocacy and success focus
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication and relationship skills
- Proven track record with large complex enterprises
- Experience building relationships in a high-growth environment
- Experience with Observability/Logs/ Metrics, IT Ops, Security, and data pipelines
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
