Coporate Paralegal

📋 Description

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to streamline contracting, research, and operations.
• Negotiate NDAs and vendor agreements to protect Paxos’s interests.
• Manage legal entity formation and governance, maintaining records and consents.
• Maintain and build out legal operations, templates, workflows, and systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, Procurement) to support initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across the legal team from gaps to implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience.
• Experience on corporate and transactional matters, drafting and reviewing agreements.
• Cross-functional experience delivering multiple projects on tight deadlines with strong organization.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to evolving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation; explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Experience using AI legal tools (contract review, automation or research) and interest in new tech.
