🎯 Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, health tech, or scaled services.
Proven VP-level experience owning complex, distributed operations.
Demonstrated success scaling operations in regulated, multi-state environments.
Experience leading large remote or call-center workforces with strong PM systems.
Strong P&L ownership, margin optimization, and operational transformation.
Executive presence with ability to influence across functions and board.
