CopilotIQ is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a remote-first team. This senior role partners with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to define a compelling product roadmap, set success metrics, and deliver customer-focused features at scale.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and data.
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and sales to deliver high-quality, shippable features.
Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Mentor and collaborate with other product managers in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Represent the product to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
Proven ability to ship products from concept to launch with measurable impact.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making (SQL is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a remote setting.
Experience in AI/ML or developer-focused products is a plus.
