📋 Description

• Provide logistical support to local and regional localization teams.
• Track asset flow and coordinate across tools with development teams.
• Identify linguistic risks and help create culturally appropriate content.
• Support tooling and pipeline efforts: documentation, testing, and feedback.
• Prepare localization deliverables for certification and platform standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of localization/coordination experience in gaming or media.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; multitask across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with localization tools/workflows (TMS, CAT tools, Jira, CMS, Confluence).
• Understanding of internationalization principles and/or platform certification is a plus.
• Native or near-native fluency in German with strong English communication.
• Passion for video games and delivering high-quality player experiences.
