- Experience with grassroots/community programs or events.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized; project management experience.
- Adaptable; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Interest in operations, social responsibility and fan development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Undergraduate degree required; willing to work nights/weekends.
