Coordinator, Digital Reporter Marketplace

📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding for Digital Reporter contractors; track steps and activations.
• Support engagement: route communications, flag at-risk ICs, assist retention touchpoints.
• Assist QA workflows by reviewing reports, logging issues, routing feedback.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge base for Digital Reporter procedures.
• Manage Slack and email communications with Digital Reporters on operational matters.
• Identify gaps in docs and help close them.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm.
• Organized and thorough; you complete tasks fully and document work.
• Clear written communicator, comfortable sending professional IC-facing messages.
• Eager to build structure where it doesn't exist; requires initiative.
• Experience in coordinator, operations, or community management roles.
• Background in legal, deposition, or independent contractor management is a plus.
