📋 Description

• Provide logistical and operational support to localization teams (production, QA, development).
• Track asset flow and coordinate across tools; report activities to development.
• Identify linguistic risks and support culturally appropriate content early in the pipeline.
• Support tooling and pipelines: process docs, testing, and feedback.
• Prepare for certification; ensure deliverables meet platform standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in localization, production coordination, or QA in gaming/media.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; multitask across stakeholders.
• Familiar with localization tools/workflows: TMS, CAT tools, Jira, CMS, Confluence.
• Understanding of internationalization principles and/or platform certification processes is a plus.
• Native or near-native Italian with strong English skills.
• Passion for video games and delivering high-quality player experiences across cultures.
