🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years cooling towers/HVAC experience with 2+ years in supervision/management.
- Strong knowledge of tower mechanics, water treatment, legionella risk management; ASHRAE/CTI preferred.
- OSHA confined space, fall protection, hazard communication, safety programs.
- Experience with scheduling, workforce management, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills with owners, facilities managers, and regulators.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally across Phoenix-area sites.
