🎯 Requirements

10+ years in industrial mechanical systems, HVACR, or cooling towers.
Strong mechanical acumen and disciplined operational leadership.
Proven ability to lead field teams and scale a service platform.
Experience managing service contracts, revenue, and backlog.
Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications a plus.
Knowledge of water treatment and OSHA/EPA standards.
