🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, culinary arts, or related field preferred (or equivalent)
- 2–4 years in food product development or R&D
- Experience launching products from concept to commercialization
- Hands-on baking/kitchen testing with recipe execution
- Foundational knowledge of food science principles, sensory evaluation
- Genesis R&D Suite and Compusense a plus
