- Join the Cookie Crew at Downtown 6th store, 1224 W 6th St, Cleveland, OH 44113.
- Be the front-line team member: greet guests, take orders, bake cookies.
- Provide friendly service in-store and over the phone.
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with daily tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 6 months customer service experience (preferred).
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
- Customer service focus and willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Great communication, organizational and math skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lb.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
