Greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
Help guests understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
Ensure fast, accurate delivery orders are packaged and sent out
Maintain bakery cleanliness and sanitation

🎯 Requirements

At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
Customer service oriented; exceed guest expectations
Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
Able to lift up to 40 lb
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States
