📋 Description

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders.
• Help customers understand menu items and clarify orders.
• Give each customer a warm, friendly experience in person and by phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months in a customer service role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Must lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
