📋 Description

• Greet guests and take orders per procedure
• Explain menu items and confirm orders for accuracy
• Provide friendly service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream as needed
• Package delivery orders fast and correctly
• Handle cash accurately; avoid shortages or overages
• Clean and sanitize the bakery
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months customer service experience preferred
• Personable and outgoing
• Customer focus; exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organization, and math
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18+ to work
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
