• Set up, work, and maintain a clean, safe workstation
• Complete daily prep tasks
• Help the team meet time and quality standards
• Cook and plate dishes for service
• Clean kitchen equipment and storage areas

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Culinary degree or 2+ years experience in food service
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
• WA food handler card or willingness to obtain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
