📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operations: supply chain, production, warehousing, logistics
• Own customer journey, retention, loyalty across lifecycle
• Design scalable ops systems, KPIs, reporting for visibility
• Lead launches: landed cost, customs, onboarding, 3PL governance
• Own ops financials: budgeting, forecasting, working capital
• Build and lead a world-class operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of leadership in operations (e-commerce, DTC, fashion)
• Proven track record scaling ops in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory planning, and fulfillment
• Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and analytical skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
